Berlucchi

The Berlucchi winery is an icon of Italian oenology, famous for its production of Metodo Classico sparkling wines in Franciacorta. Founded in 1955 by Guido Berlucchi, Giorgio Lanciani and the oenologist Franco Ziliani, it is famous for introducing the first Pinot di Franciacorta in 1961, beginning the success of Franciacorta sparkling wines. Today, the management is in the hands of the Ziliani family. The historic cellar, dug 10 metres below ground in the 17th century, is a precious treasure. Berlucchi Franciacorta wines represent Italian excellence, channelling wine tradition and innovation into every bottle.
